A harvesting tool designed to make seaweed farming safer, faster, and more accessible for small-scale farmers. Developed through interviews with seaweed farmers in Connecticut and Alaska, it replaces repetitive knife-cutting with a single pulling motion along the grow line, reducing strain, injury risk, and harvest time. Made from marine-grade stainless steel with simple, manufacturable components, the tool is designed to be durable, affordable, and easy to attach, remove, and maintain.
